Thunderbird Project Overview


In the Zumer Project you will examine the key strategic thrusts of the company’s CSR strategy, researching both company and external sources.

To begin, you will start by:
  • Joining your group on the Zumer site
  • Picking a company from the list provided by your instructor
  • Decide on the key indicators or strategic thrusts to research
  • Use company resources to research strategic thrusts (website, CSR report)
  • Research using external sources (Research Groups, NGO’s, Media)
  • Provide an Executive Summary (150 words) for each indicator researched

After you have completed your research you will begin to compare and benchmark the sector. In this part of the project, you will play the role of an industry analyst and make relative evaluations on each of the indicators that you researched.
