GW Overview


In the Zumer Project will examine the key strategic thrusts of the company’s CSR strategy, researching both company and external sources.

To begin, you will start by:
  • Picking a sector
  • Joining your group on the Zumer site
  • Decide on strategic thrusts to research for each of the four companies in your chosen sector
  • Use company resources to research strategic thrusts (website, CSR report)
  • Research using external sources (Research Groups, NGO’s, Media)
  • Provide an Executive Summary (300 words) for each the environmental and society sections of the company’s CSR strategy.

Then after you have completed your research you will begin to compare and benchmark the sector. In this part of the project, you will play the role of an industry analyst and make relative evaluations on each of the indicators that you researched.
